A note from the founder

Expert support should feel clear, practical and human.

I’m an HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist, mum of two and founder of Small Talk Club. I spent years working in the NHS and loved supporting families alongside brilliant therapists.

I also saw how long some families were waiting for support, the difference early intervention can make and how much parents benefit from being around other parents going through similar journeys.

I built Small Talk Club to give families practical, evidence-based strategies in a small, judgement-free setting. We keep groups intentionally small, with a maximum of five families, so support can feel personal.

“What the evidence tells us about early language intervention and what the NHS can offer don’t always align.”
